A new, two-story, 17.8KSF retail and office building is under plan review for the Whitestone Pinnacle of Scottsdale Center at Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak roads.
The proposed building will feature restaurant and retail space on the first floor and office space on the second. No tenants have been announced yet. Nearby businesses include Safeway, Subway and Wells Fargo Bank.
