Let’s face it — as currently envisioned, the Estrella Falls mall proposal is dead. But the property set aside for the Goodyear project is important so it’s in everyone’s interest to complete some sort of development on this land.
Let’s close the door on the ill-fated Estrella Falls mall concept and create a new design better suited for today’s West Valley.
