Estrella by Newland Communities in Goodyear has welcomed back Beazer Homes as one of its homebuilders. The Atlanta-based company formerly completed 800 homes and is returning with the new Overlook neighborhood.
Approximately 17 miles from Phoenix on Estrella Parkway, the 20,000-acre Estrella added two other homebuilders in 2014, Shea Homes and Gehan Homes, and will welcome KB Home this spring.
