The city of Phoenix is looking to sell a municipal building downtown and have the property redeveloped.
The city issued a request for proposals Tuesday morning for the Personnel Building at Second Avenue and Monroe Street. City documents also refer to the property as the Human Resources Building.
Phoenix is looking to sell the property for at least $2.2 million.
